Welcome to regina luminis summer camp 2023

SummerCamp2022-35.jpg

We’re so grateful to all the families who entrust their sons to us for a Summer Camp. Our goal is to help boys grow to be the men God intends them to be by giving them the freedom to be respectful and responsible in play, to be challenged to virtue, to risk (within reason), to work hard, to pray, and to be joyful and thankful for the many blessings God has bestowed upon them.

We have several new activities this year as well as a new name. With Mr. Bradford's departure from the Regina Academies, the Regina Academies Boys' Summer Camp is now the Regina Luminis Academy Boys' Summer Camp. The only thing that has changed is the name. We're still offering a week of incredible opportunities for an incredible price.

Registration is open to all boys from any Regina Academy who will be entering 6th grade through those in high school. Preference will be given to boys that attend a Regina Academy, but other boys from outside the Reginas will be considered with a strong recommendation from a Regina family if space is available.

This camp is sponsored by Regina Luminis Academy but boys from all the Regina Academies who qualify by age are welcome to attend.

We will spend the week in outdoor activities like hiking, axe throwing, rock climbing, and sling shot shooting. We will also fish, go river tubing/kayaking, return to one of last year’s favorites, Urban Air, and more!

The plan for the week (which is subject to change) is:

  • Monday: Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site and DISC Golf (*new this summer!)

  • Tuesday: Rock climbing at Valley to Summit (*new this summer!)

  • Wednesday: Urban Air- a returning favorite.

  • Thursday:  Delaware River Tubing or Kayaking at Valley to Summit

  • Friday: Father/Son Campout- The week will end with a father-son campout and gourmet campfire cuisine, tall tales, a rosary, and a night under God’s incredible canopy of stars. We are looking at choosing a closer camping site, like French Creek or go back to Hickory Run.
