Mrs. Johnston, a NEPA native, earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Theology from Rosemont College and her Master of Arts in Religion from Yale Divinity School. After graduating from Yale, she taught for two years at Saint Martin de Porres Academy and Sacred Heart University where she was able to combine her love of the humanities with her love of service and the human condition.

 

Mrs. Johnston lives with her husband and son in Drexel Hill where slowly, but surely, they are learning the art of homemaking. The Johnstons are members of St. Francis de Sales Parish in West Philadelphia, and when not in the classroom, they enjoy porch sitting, coffee drinking, board gaming, and silly song singing for Sam.
